Foundation of the company in 2001 - Acquisition of a smaller company. In November 2001, appearance under the name DIW Service as subsidiary company DIW Deutsche Industriewartung AG. Scope of services: janitorial cleaning for industrial and administrative buildings.

Foundation of our branch offices in Brno and Ústí nad Labem.First contracts in the field of janitorial cleaning and bus cleaning. Successful certification according to ISO 9001 and 14001.

Contract awarding by new customers (CKD, Poliklinik, Juli etc.). Principal office relocation to Prague.

Expansion of our service portfolio by technical services (e. g. dry ice cleaning), security services and facility services. Contract awarding by further well-reputated customers (e.g. Futaba, Motorpal etc.).

Acquisition and fusion of company Myfa-KotyzaNew contracts: REWE, Hartmann, České dráhy, Skanska, Jablonex, Arcelor.
